I'm designing a NOx scrubber for a new process (a diazotization type of reaction at pilot scale 20-30 gal) and I'm looking for some answers to the following questions:

1. What is the most effective way to scrub NO gas?
2. What is the most effective way to scrub NO2 gas?
3. What is the most effective way to measure NOx concentration before and after the scrubber?

Any hand-on tips or useful literature references are welcome...
