NOx and SO2 emission coversion

I am looking for a spreadsheet to convert NOx and SO2 emission from actual measurment at stack of boierl and gas turbine to corrected value at 15% excess O2 or in the case of boiler to 3% excess O2, and express the output in PPM Volume dry and mg/Nm3 wet and dry
