Is it possible to create a note in modelling such that it appears in the drawing. More like a parametric note.

In the part or assembly, you can create notes using Setup > Note (2001; I assume in Wildfire it's under Edit > Setup > Note). These notes can be parametric by using ampersand (&) before the symbolic form of the parameter (e.g., d21).

Then in the drawing, all you have to do is Show the note (on the Show and Erase dialog box, one of the ten buttons of items you can select (e.g., Dimensions, Reference Dimensions, Symbols, Set Datums, etc.) is for Notes (looks like an arrow with letters next to it).
