Anyone familiar with 'NOREM' for hardfacing applications?

This is a no or low Co material which was developed to replace Stellite for nuclear service valves. I believe EPRI in Palo Alto, CA developed it, working with other people/groups.

What I don't know is how well it performs.

BTW, the word NOREM means no rem, where rem=radiation equivalent-man.
