Hi !

I've some problems with my assembly...
I use 3 kinds of materials : PA6 for the 2 top volumes , an elastomer HNBR for the volume above them and finally steel for the bottom volume. I apply an effort on the top surfaces linearly (6000N) and a constant pressure (4MPa). I have represented only one quarter of the structure.

Problems :
- I don't know if the non linear material models are suitable.
- How can I make the model converge ?
- etc...

I would be really gratefull if someone is able to give me some advice.

Find attached my program and the solidworks file imported in my ansys program.

Or sorry, forum569, may be better.
