Hi there.

I am attempting to find a source of brackets made from a non conducting material. See image as a sample.

I would like ready made brackets in a variety of sizes and shapes.

Material would need to be high strength for rigidity.

I could fabricate brackets myself from stock materials.

I looked into materials like carbon fibre. This is available in sheet and angle profiles however the thickness are below 1/8 in 3 mm and I would like 6 mm or 1/4 in.

Could anybody point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Search for fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) structural shapes.
I don't think carbon firber products will be non-conductive.

Reinforced Nylon is high strength and can be machined.
