I have tried inserting a command snippet to merge the nodes in workbench, but its not recommended. The reason is because when WB tries to read in the results, the node numbers it sent out don't match what's coming back in. Therefore, I have problem in post processing (result ploting).
One of the member of this forum (doatis) has suggested in "Merge nodes of coplanar faces in WB" thread that: I have to insert a variable to allow null results (Tools > Variable Manager). But I do not have any idea about variable manager and its also hard to get it from Ansys help.
