Standard Lab Equipment???
Is it covered under any ASTM/AASHTO???

Depends upon the test. Some listed in ASTM, some in AASHTO, some in texts such as Lambe and Whitman.

the best way would be to decide what tests you wish to carry out as the equipment will be listed in astm/aashto then contact a supplier like humboldt and request a catalogue. From there it should be plain sailing
