NICAD Battery Nomenclature

I'm trying to determine what the nomenclature on a nicad battery pack represents. Example: D-AA800BX3

Do the two "AA's" represent the size of the battery, i.e., AA size?
Does the "800" represent the battery in mAh?
Does the "BX3" represent how many AA batteries are in the battery pack"

I'm searching for replacement 800 mAh battery packs.
