From NFPA 79, 13.2.4 requires that orange is to be used for conductors that do not de-energize when a disconnect is switched off. How does that reconcile with a production line that has multiple machines but only one central estop string. Do all of the estop conductors have to be orange in the various line components?

Thanks,

Wallowitz

If power remains on them after the disconnect is switched off, yes.
