Is NFPA-30 the only guideline used in the USA for process plant storage tank location...? ( By location, I am interested in distances between tanks, from tanks to property lines....etc)
Specically, I realize that many local fire protection marshals/authorities simply defer to NFPA-30, but are there any other rules/guidelines etc that must be followed ? Any published insurance guidelines or the like ????
Specifically, what are the European rules on tank location and siting and how are they different from NFPA-30 ??
