NFPA 14 Interpretation of table 7.8.2.1

If I am inspecting a standpipe system where it is dubious as to whether the system has been hydraulically calculated (no proof) I would use table 7.8.2.1 to see if the sizing meets scheduling criteria. If I have three 1 1/2 hose cabinets, is the "accumulated flow" then 300gpm?
