NFPA 13D live load requirements

NFPA 13 has section 9.2.1.3 Building Structure, which requires a 250 lb live load requirement at the point of hanging, intended to account for a person's weight at that point. Unless I'm just missing it, I see no similar section in the NFPA 13D low-rise residential code and I'm having trouble locating anything that kicks back to the main NFPA 13 for structural design requirements.

What, if anything, requires the 250 lb live load in low-rise residential structures?
