NFPA-11, last edition before 1995

I am stuck with a contract claim and need to check what was the latest edition of NFPA 11 available in year 1995 (December). Further, is it possible to request content of clause 3.7 "Diked Area" requirement of Fixed Foam protection system in that edition? I have 1988 edition and 1998 edition but shall be grateful to anyone who could priovide me the content on the forum or off the forum.
