what are the specific expectations( theoretical knowledge ) of a new grad in bioTech company?

( they R & D + production heart failure medications)

As a new grad in a medical device company I felt my shortcomings were in knowledge of materials. Other than that it is a big step learning how to apply all of your theoretical knowledge in every day use.
