Hi fellas. New to the forum and just wanted to say hi. I have just started using Solidworks. I am a frequent advanced user of Mastercam with the solids ad on however its not quite the same as Solidworks. I'd like to get more familiar with it, hence my sign up. Hopefully this is one of the better forums for it. Excited to get started.
I must say though on a side note, the registration process is pretty much a PITA with the information required. Any reason I MUST enter Full name, company name, primary cad package, etc? I also noticed the Image verification to start this thread. Is that every time or just once for new users? Thanks.
