New System of Units in Units Manager

I know how to create a new system of units, but i want to be able to save it to the default units manager menu, rather than just within each part. I cant seem to find the location that the Systems of Units are saved in.

Short answer, I don't think you can.

Better way is to add the system to your template part - then any new drawing will have the system.
