If you are running AutoCad 2000 on 95 then there is no hope for a good transfer. There are two main reasons for this: 1. Windows XP is built on the NT platform 2. AutoDesk does not support the XP platform (yet). Your better off staying with 95, 98, or ME. I did get a version of 14 to work with XP, but the memory management was hidious, and I have to do a little backwards engineering to get it to run. This was with a friend of mines student version after he recieved a virus, generally the student version is a little more forgiving then regular versions, but you can never tell.
