NEW NOZZLES ON EXISTING TANK API650

I have to install new nozzles on existing tank, but i don't know exactly the process.

Can anyone help me about this??

You need an engineer / designer familiar with API 650 and 653. There is way too much to try to do in this forum. But, maybe if you can narrow down your question?
