Neoprene H07RN pressure rating

Hi,

Anyone knows whats the pressure rating for this type of cable? Can it be used in 3000 mtr depth of water?

The link below indicates that this is a low-pressure cable. I'm sure that it can be used in 3000m depth of water, as long as you never (ever) energize it.
This cable is rated for wet-locations, but 3000m is more than wet.
