Dear All,
I have been trying to solve this model for weeks but have yet to succeed. I would greatly appreciate it if any kind-hearted experts could lend a hand.
I believe the complexity of the building, particularly the multiple transfer floors, is contributing to the difficulty. The main issue I’m facing is that the model is ill-conditioned, and I’m trying to fix this.
