Negative Design Moments - Equivalent Frame

Hello all-

Can anyone explain the calculation for negative design moment in the attached example (excerpt from PCA notes ACI 318-14)? I am unable to arrive at the same numbers (32.3, 67.0, 60.8, etc) from the bottom graph.

Are they just the moments at the face of the columns?

They are I think I just figured it out while trying to respond here...great how collaboration makes one think.

Design Moment Coefficients for Flat Plats
Interior negative (end span) - 0.70Mo
Negative (interior span) - 0.65Mo
Positive (interior span) -0.35Mo
