Hi friends;

I inquire needle valve manufacturers for Class 4500 pressure ratings.(For example Fujikin needle valve)

If you have info about it, please inform me.

Have a nice days and thank you for your supports.

Please verify that you require needle valves rated 4500 psig or other such rating as well as the size such as NPS 1/2 etc. Class normally describes a valve connecting flange class such as ASME B15.5 Class 600 raised face flanges. Few needle valves are flanged and B16.5 stops at class 2500 (PN420).

Swagelok sells fittings rated 60 000 psi. Autoclave Engineers sells components rated to 150 000 psi. Needle valves may not be rated as high as the fittings but would cover 4500 psi.

BTW if you need to automate your "Swagelok" or "Parker" needle valve I came across this recently
They make stepper motor drives that bolt to any of the small instrument valves.

Thanks JLSeagull,

Valve built-in to the line with screw structure.
Fujikins decleration is ;

"The valve is rated at ANSI Class 4500 for pressures.

At temperature at 38°C maximum pressure is 74,4 Mpa
At temperature at 600°C maximum pressure is 30,2 Mpa"

ASME B16.34-2004
2.1.1 Rating Designations. ...
(b) Class 4500 applies only to welding-end valves.

metarge,
I have good experience with the following products:
(please note the Temperature vs Pressure graph on the right of the webpage).

We have bar stock 1/2" and 3/4" NPT needle valves rated up to 6000 psi (even if we never use them over 3200 psi...).

Hope this helps, 'NGL
