Need year for ANSI B 4.1 and B 4.2 1

Would like to see if anyone can just verify the year associated with ANSI B 4.1 (1967?) and ANSI B 4.2 (1978?)

Out of curiousity, are you doubting the year that you furnished in the original post? Are you wanting verification that those standards were released in the years given? Are you wanting a more definitive release date (say month and year)?
