rewound dayton 5 hp 220vac farm duty motor, but cannot locate wiring diagram. it is multiple capasitor, two 125 vac for run, two 360 vac capasitors for start, double centrificual switchs, and thermal switch. are the caps. hooked in series or parellel?? there are two sets of windings, inner is 16 gauge wire, outer is 10 gauge. have tryed every combo,no cigar. would like to hear from someone who can educate me.

Here is a diagram...
Typically, the start caps are paralleled.
The run caps are paralleled.
Smaller wire is the start winding (always in series).
Switch contacts should be in series.
#10 wire! ... You mean that's the lead wire size?
And next time... make a diagram before you tear the windings out!
