Need to find specific bearing wheel manufacturer 1

Hello,

I am designing and constructing a slider dolly on a track for an ambitious DIY camera project. I am having an incredibly difficult time finding some polyurethane sealed bearing wheels. Please see below for example:

Does anybody know of or produce these types of bearing wheels? Doesn't have to be the same thing, just performs the same function and needs to have that V or U groove on them. If you do, please let me know, I have a lot of business coming your way. Thank you!

These guys got their start with v-groove rollers running on flat bar track with pyramidal edges:

Their initial products were strictly metal on metal. The product line has expanded a lot, and they've stayed in business for a few decades. I have not used their stuff, and have no relationship with them.

I'm guessing you want polyurethane rollers for their acoustic qualities. Decent ball bearings might perform as well, or not; you will have to evaluate them against your requirements.

How many do you need? Any decent machine shop should be able to make exactly what you need for a pretty reasonable price.

Look at the products from Sunray Inc. They seem to have exactly what you're looking for; if they don't, they can coat a bearing of your choosing in poly for you.

Either way, you even get to pick the durometer and color too! I've used their parts before, and was very impressed with the quality of the molding.
