Need to choose between Wedge Bonders

Hi All. I'm new here. I have narrowed my search down to the F&K Delvotek 6400DA and the H&K 715 bonders. I have not visited the machines yet but have heard that the F&K support on the Eastern US is very weak in comparisson to the H&K. I have also heard that the machine is more difficult to use than the H&K. Can anyone comment on either machine?
