I would like to determine the cooling time of the iron block with dimensions 1000x400 mm. This block is placed in the vessel and cooled by the mass flow of LN2 = 12 g/s. How to specify the time when the iron block reaches a temperature of LN.

The absolute shortest time possible is calculated from the thermal mass divided by the heat flow caused by the LN2.
