Need Short grip length Socket-Head Cap Screws

I am looking for a .250-20 x .75 long Socket-Head Cap Screw, CRES, with head drilled for lockwire.

I need the the thread to start .40 from the head, to keep the threads out of shear.

I'm working on a fuel hose guillotine assembly, and the screw threads can not be subject to shear loads.
