Need help with version 3.0 operation.

I have a Roland CNC machine which runs this system. My primary computer broke down and I am trying to get my back-up to work. The original programmer and designer is no longer available to help and I am pretty clueless. I really need a technician to come to my shop and help me with this. I live in Union Mo. around 45 mins. south west of St Louis. My telephone number is 636 221 0288. Any help would be appreciated.
