It looks like an "ND" with the N and D sharing a leg. The rest of the numbers are SE094 and 6L21. It is an air core meter driver of some sort, that I'd like to pull the datasheet for. I've searched through hundreds of IC manufacturer logos, and haven't seen this one (or I missed it). I'm hoping somebody here will recognize it. I apologize in advance for the poor quality.

Well, 8 years later, I find out that it is a Nippondenso chip, which makes sense since it is in an automotive tach.

Now the question is, how do I get a datasheet on a (most likely) proprietary part?

I'm guessing here, but could that be Nippondenso, which is now called Denso?

Oops. I see that I responded too slowly; you already figured out the manufacturer.

thanks guys, even if you are slow. hehehe...
