Rated discharge Pressure :3000Psi min,
Speed:8000rpm,
Flow:1-3GPM

That is a high speed for such low displacement...

3 GPM @ 8000 RPM is 0.000001623 cubic inches per rev...

Sounds like Vickers AeroSpace equipment used on Jet Engines but they are Axial (In Line)Piston Pumps.
