I'm looking for information regarding NDT of plastic pipe welds. I think there was an ASTM standard that covered radiographic and ultrasonic testing of plastic buttwelds (F600??) but it was withdrawn in the 70's. Any current resources available?

Check with the American Welding Society ( They have standards for evaluation of thermoplastic welds.
