NBC code 2005 applicabilty to Internals inside pressure vessels

My question is following.
Is NBC 2005 code for seismic is applied to Mass transfer internals inside Pressure vessel?.
I assume that our internals are non pressure parts & are not directly associted with Foundation or structires so this code doesn't apply.
Pls help & send any ref to suffice this.
