Hello,

I have a following problem with PTS , I have set up a Teamcenter configuration but unfortunately it does not work, but in this stage I can not start it in native mode neither. Is there a config file to reset the settings?
On my computer there is 3 NX ( 6, 8.5, 9). I have changed only the NX 8.5 settings but now I can not start all of them. It must be a central config file.

I don´t want to re-install the NX.

When I start PTS on my system it pops up a command window.
Does yours open? If it does, does it mention Java as an issue?

NX3 to NX10 with almost every MR (21versions)
 
I have found the solution:

There is a pts_properties.xml file under c:\users\<log in name>
If you delete that file, then PTS will go back to defaulting to native mode.
