Hi all,
Let me introduce myself, I'm new here
.
I'm a fresh graduated aerospace engineer at my first job experience as a structural analyst.
I believe I'm facing a easy problem but I'm new and I'm not currently able to figure out this problem.
I'm trying to perform a Nonlinear structural analysis in Nastran by using SOL400. In my model, I have got elasto-plastic material behaviour, geometric nonlinearities and contacts.
I want to perform a loading and unloading procedure by using 1 subcase and 2 steps. I'm trying first to load and then, after reaching 100N (the max), I want to unload bringing back the applied load to 0N.
In the first step I want to load by using a LOAD bulk data card recalling a Force of 100N and in the second step I want to unload by using a LOAD bulk data card recalling a force of 0N.
Is that Correct?? At the end of the first step is the system status (load included) that at 100N??
Thak you very much![[bigsmile] [bigsmile] [bigsmile]](/data/assets/smilies/bigsmile.gif)
