NAS 1332 - Multiple piece - HANDLE/HEAD construction - welding

3.3.8 of NAS1332 requires that HANDLES be completely welded to the HEAD. 3.6.4 of same says "Brazing of components, when required, shall be in accordance with ...AWS C3.5.." AWS C3.5 "Specification for Induction Brazing" is listed in 2.1.4 Standards (of NAS1332).
Therefore, can HANDLES be Induction Brazed to HEAD?
