NACE Requirement for piping material

Hello everybody.
I would appreciate anybody could help me with this issue.

We are working in the construction of a plant, and nowadays we are trying to find piping material urgently, because we are finalizing and we have some lack of material piping CS to finalize.
Material has to be according to NACE MR 0175, but it is being nearly imposible to find material "NACE".
Is it possible to use CS "not NACE" from origin, and checking compliance with NACE with addiitional test,not from material manufacturer, to check hardness, composition, etc...?
