Mylar photo mask maker?

Hi, everyone:
My new project involves designing photo masks for device fabrication. The minimum dimension of my mask is 25um. Mylar masks are supposed to be cheap, but somehow one company I contacted wanted to charge me $150 for one sheet.
Do you know any good mylar photo mask maker?

That's sounds quite reasonable. We used to use a Polaroid frame camera to make photomasks in school. It would take probably about an hour, so you need to factor in what your labor rate is and what your lost opportunity cost is.
