The safety ramifications of multimeter use on power circuits are critical—as compared to rudimentary interpretation of readings. Contact your favorite meter producer for appropriate information. Nota Bene: some recommendations are not universally applicable to other than the producer’s instruments. This may also apply to use of related accessories.
