I was wondering if the velocity at the inlet planes of the nozzles of a multipoint probe is constant for all the nozzles. Are there any published results or a way to calculate this?

In a word NO, and yes there are published results on how to calculate this. The average velocity = 1096 x the sq. root of Pv devided by p

Pv = sq root of sum all Pv devided by number of readings...squared.

p = is the density at the traverse plan.
Sorry but I don't know how else to show you.

I appreciate your answer. What is Pv? Can you please let me know the source where I can find the theoretical or empirical calculations?
