Multiple visibles items in assembly

Not sure what is happening here. I add one part and duplicates are visible. You can see in the tree that the count is one but double show up.

Is there more than one solid in the component?

Check that the Reference Set(s) that you're using contains only the bodies that you want to see in the Assembly.

I see the reference set is ENTIRE PART, try changing it to MODEL to see what happens.
