multiple users in single assembly

Hi Experts

I am new user to creo element\wildfire 5.0.

We are bascially from piping files

In our feild multiple users will working in single platform using PDMS software it's nothing but (piping design management software).

actually my question is??


In single large assembely file multiple users can able to work?

For eg:
In our company civil,structural,piping,cabling,hvac,mechanical,instrument etc. we haave more than department like this.

A top level assembely below that 10 sub assembelys we consider

Now we need to work 10 peoples at a time, and while user do perodical regenrate all user get updated design. and we will face issues for large assembly, it consume more data, to reduce that we use simple representation. how to implement simple representation for 10 subassembly?

We are working grouply to create a plant. With out civil work we can't route pipelines, without pipelines we can't create structural like this it depends.


If anyone have any idea please help me.

There was something like Conference Center back then in WF 5.0, as I remmember it right. Suppose, it is not available now.

I guess, maybe, Design Colaboration Extension can handle the tasks you are asking for? I did not use it, I am only aware something like that exists, so check Help files, call your support guy, and then describe to us how it works?
