multi roll plotters

Can you define it as the same printer twice set one definition to the paper roll and the other to the mylar. I don't know if that will necessarily work but it might be a chance.
Good idea that two roll system though. We used to have to change the rolls and re-calibrate a mylar plot every time. It was a great waste of media ans as you probably know Mylar isn't cheap!![[wink]](/data/assets/smilies/wink.gif "[wink] [wink]")

there are some extended parameters for roll/tray selection:
on similar hpgl driver:
PARA HPGL INTRAY = ROLL1 <-- to specify Media Source Roll 1
^PARA HPGL INTRAY = ROLL2 <-- to specify Media Source Roll 2
on Rtl drivers :
+MS1 <-- to specify Media Source Roll 1
+MS2 <-- to specify Media Source Roll 2
control in
In the Printer Setup form, select "Advanced Options"
... setup 0ne plotter/printer for each roll...
