Is anyone getting sand castings from overseas that pass SP55 visual on a regular basis without a ton of machining?

I've had alot of trouble getting "pretty" castings in China or India. It seems the solution is always grind, grind, grind. I know they do sand blasting but I do not know how much it would help to do more.

Anyone want to be generous and share a foundry? I've been to all the best most reputable ones. Even they aren't much to look at when they come out of the mold.
