MSC Nastran sol200 Topology optimization through Femap

I am using Femap v2301 and MSC Nastran 2019. When I try to do a sol200 optimization, the option for topology seems to be grayed out. Is Femap unable to make a topology input deck for MSC Nastran?

Does MSC Nastran have a topology optimization solver? Is there any documentation on this?
