Moving equipment to different country

I have a job comming up that involves estimating the problems involved with moving different types of automated equipment from one country to another. I need advice on what types of things to consider when running a machine on a slightly lower voltage and higher frequency (from 240v 50Hz UK to 220V 60Hz Phillipines).
All of the equipment will be PLC controlled with motors driven directly from the supply and through inverters. Heating elements are also involved.

Suggestion: It may be a good idea to go over nameplates of motors, transformers, inverters, solenoids, electronic devices, etc. for their applicability to 50Hz, since this move may result in costly adjustments for necessary safe and proper operation of the equipment. In some cases, it may pay off to buy the new equipment locally in Philippines.

In addition to the obvious technical problems, the Philippines may have approval and/or certification requirements for electrical equipment that your equipment may or may not meet.
