movement to rigid body

Hi,
I am trying to model a roller in 2d using an analytical rigid and want to apply following Boundary Condition
1. radial displacement
2 rotation about centre outside the rigid body

If i apply both movements at reference point then the centre of rotation keeps changing, which i desire to be as fixed.

Is there a way to apply rotation about a fixed axis and simultaneous radial movement of rigid body.

Place the reference node in the rotation center to control the rotation. Add a connector between this reference node and another one to enforce a radial movement.
