Motors for borehole submersible pumps

Why in dry motor submersible pumps, the motor has a limitation that it can't be used above 20m.whereas the wet motor submersible pump can be used till 350m ?

Actually below 20 metere submergence.

Probably because of the water pressure at 20 metres - how do you ensure no ingress of water into a dry motor --- whereas for a "wet" motor unit - it's already wet :)
