Motorola Triacs

I have a question on circuit board components and thought maybe you guys could help. We are currently using a Motorola triac, part number MAC12N on a board we use. Another vendor wants to use part number MAC12M. Can anyone tell me what the difference is, or a website that has info on these? Thanks for your help.
